READ CAREFULLY: These NSDW replacement sash are for the wood exterior only compression tilt Semco standard size double hungs (see picture above showing that you have to compress plastic jamb liners in order to tilt sash in) manufactured January 1986 to present. These replacements are for units that have a wood exterior bead around the glass. If your exterior bead around the exterior glass is metal this will NOT work and you must purchase the NRG-SVR tilt kit which would come with both top and bottom sash. Reminder all sizes are figured measuring the windows visible glass width first and then height and rounding up to the next inch. See example above on how to measure visible glass. Sash come complete with a thermally sealed glass unit installed into raw unfinished pine sash. You must choose all options below. Comes sash only, re-use your existing hardware. If your unit has grilles in between the glass, or SDL bars attached to glass on sash or you need picture window sash please contact us for custom quote.
